On Friday, 15th May 2020, we invited some of our favourite emerging artists from around the world to come on-air, sing a bit, chat a bit to help lift the blues we’re all feeling right now. It was: LIVE FROM HOME.

When the global pandemic started to grapple the world, Larkins were about to embark in their long-awaited North American tour (a venture which has now been pushed back indefinitely).

The band have grafted their way to sold-out venues across the UK over the past year, with songs such as 2019’s “TV Dream” and “Something Beautiful” reaching millions of streams. Now, with time on their hands in isolation, they have released new single “Are We Having Any Fun Yet?”, the indie-pop follow-up to the “Hit and Run” EP.

Lead singer Josh Noble called into LIVE FROM HOME to talk to James Gilmore about being caught in the middle of the global lockdown, his love for live music and “Are We Having Any Fun Yet?”.
