This is New Wave Sounds with Rhiannon Nevada. Every Monday, W!ZARD Radio Station's resident alt/indie expert Rhiannon Nevada drops three upcoming artists she thinks you should be keeping your eyes on. Here's what she thinks you should be listening to this week...

Aziya

Rhiannon: Aziya is a 21-year-old artist from London. After leaving the BRIT school she delved into modelling. Lucky for us, she has come out with her debut single that slaps. She’s been championed by Grimes and even got invited to perform on H.E.R’s live stream to Missy Elliot and Shawn Mendes. If that doesn’t scream talent I don’t know what does. Her voice very much reminds me of Griff.

Quarters of Change

Rhiannon: Quarters of Change are a five-piece band from New York City. They founded the band when they were back in high school. It’s alternative and gritty and I love their single "Dancin'" in particular, but they have some softer vibe ones also.

Warahenege

Rhiannon: Warahenege is anther artist I was lucky to come across on YouTube. He only has two tracks out at the moment, so I’m hoping he will come out with some new ones soon. He records all of his music in his bedroom I just love the dreamy atmosphere that comes along with that. If you ever need to relax chuck on some Warahenege.
