On the Social Distancing Diaries, hear personal insights and experiences from the world of music and entertainment in the midst of the coronavirus crisis.

To kick start the new series of Social Distancing Diaries, Arlo Parks sends in today's entry.

With over 30 festival appearances, a SXSW debut, and a Hayley Williams tour support cancelled this summer, she's had a lot of time to reflect and continue working on her debut album. Based at her parental home in West London, in this episode she shares excerpts of her lockdown journal and recent poetry; poses questions asked by the Black Lives Matter movement, and dispenses advice for self-care in this difficult time. Concluding with the podcasts, films, and albums that have been getting her through quarantine.
