Hello everyone! Gráinne has, somewhat inconveniently for us but thrillingly for her, disappeared into the bright lights and late nights of Saturday Night Live UK - which means The Way They Were is entering a brief period of organised chaos.

For the next couple of weeks, we’ll be popping up in slightly odd places, like a situationship that won’t quite define itself. But we’re not leaving you stranded, we’re lining up some bonus episodes to keep things ticking over while Gráinne enjoys life as a superstar sketch writer. She will, of course, return to her true calling soon: deep, forensic dives into celebrity breakups, with all the relish of someone who’s been briefly allowed to forget them.
