Kenneth Feinberg is an American attorney, specializing in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Feinberg was appointed Special Master of the U.S. government's September 11th Victim Compensation Fund, where his role was to literally decide how much human life was worth. Since then he has led compensation funds for victims of disasters including the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster, the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings, the Boeing 737 Max Crash and the Volkswagen emissions scandal. He is portrayed by Michael Keaton in the Netflix film "Worth".
